You’ll be in safe hands because I take my expertise and training seriously. My qualifications include a BSc Sport and Exercise Science and a MSc Physiology and Nutrition of Sport and Exercise (Loughborough University). Since then I have provided nutritional support for the York Knights RLFC men’s and women’s first team as well as the females under 19’s side. What’s included: 4-day food diary required to help understand eating style and patterns | 30-60 minute consultation | Training/Non training day meal plan | Specific educational support tailored from consultation | 1 x weekly call for 4 weeks (30 min) | 12 weeks support (After 4 weeks of specialist support, there will be an 8 week independent trial period for client to practice what we have done by themselves) | Anytime messages via WhatsApp throughout period of working with Harry.
